To improve the general work quality and to improve the qualifications of branch staff, the organization introduced a system of general testing. The first test was conducted in June, with 174 staff receiving passing scores. As a result of the testing, the Istaravshan branch received the award for the best knowledge of Policies and Procedures and for credit analysis skills. We congratulate the branch for an excellent job! That’s the way to go!

Going forward, every six months IMON will conduct such general testing as a competition among its branch network. This demonstrates one more time the benefits of daily training conducted by the branch management team and the additional hours put in by all the staff.
