Concepts about appeals

Written appeals.

Written appeals are submitted through postal services, in person, through a courier or by recording a statement, complaint or proposals in a box or in registration book of applications and complaints of the relevant body and organization. If necessary, individuals and legal entities may attach documents (materials) or copies thereof to a written application to confirm their point of view.

Electronic appeals.

Electronic appeals must be submitted in the form of an electronic document, certified with a digital electronic signature, and contain other information required for electronic documents, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. An appeal received at the official email address or posted on the official website of the Organization is considered as a written appeal and is reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Verbal complaints.

A verbal appeal expressed during a personal reception by an official or authorized person of the relevant body and organization, or expressed via telephone (mobile communication).

Personal reception.

The place, day and time of reception of applicants at the relevant organizations are established by their managers. Reception of individuals and legal entities (their representatives) is carried out at the location of the relevant body and organization on certain days and hours, according to the reception schedule. Authorized officials are obliged, based on the reception schedule approved by the head of the relevant bodies and organizations, to meet applicants in person.

Obligations of individuals and legal entities when submitting applications.

Individuals and legal entities are obliged to:

- submit the texts of written requests and attached documents in a legible form;

- treat officials and other authorized persons with due respect;

- do not allow the use of rude and insulting expressions, threats to the life, health and property of the person considering the appeal or members of his family.
