Deposit terms:

- interest on the deposit is paid every month;

- replenishment of the deposit with additional funds is not allowed;

- in case of early termination of the contract, interests on the deposit are recalculated at a rate of 1% per annum and 5% of the amount of funds is collected with their transfer to the state budget (as amended by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 06/20/2022 No 1888).

- tax on interest at the source of payment is not charged in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On amnesty in connection with the legalization of assets and funds of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- Citizens who legalize their money are issued a certificate of legalization of money, indicating the amount of the deposited fund and the date of its payment.
