In April 2015, CJSC MDO “IMON INTERNATIONAL” became a partner of the KFW project - “HOUSING FINANCING PROGRAM”, which is aimed at providing housing loans to rural residents. The governments of the Republic of Tajikistan and Germany have agreed to allocate a grant to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan (MEDT) in the amount of 7 million euros, of which 3,750,000 euros was allocated to “IMON INTERNATIONAL”. In turn, the Organization used the funds received to provide housing loans to households with low and middle incomes to improve housing conditions in rural areas.The purpose of this program is to increase the volume of housing finance, which is in high demand in Tajikistan, and “IMON INTERNATIONAL” has achieved considerable results in the field of financing housing finance for 5 years of the project.According to the terms of the project, those who wish can get a loan to improve the conditions of their homes. The minimum requirements are: live in a rural area, have a low or medium income. Customers can receive a large amount due to the long loan term.
