“The microfinance organizations clients' interests are the first priorityl” - this is the slogan of the international company SMART Campaign, which last week awarded the management of MDO “IMON INTERNATIONAL” with a certificate of compliance with the Client Protection Principles, which represent high standards of service for each recipient of financial services. Compliance certification was carried out by the international rating company MicroFinanza Rating on the basis of a detailed analysis of internal regulatory documents and the organization's activities, as well as its corporate culture. By the way, to date, obtaining a certificate of quality from the SMART Campaign is the main trend among microfinance organizations, and they are fighting for the right to gain this certificate all over the world.
The certificate from SMART Campaign officially secured IMON INTERNATIONAL the status of a company that fully complies with and implements in its activities 7 principles of protecting the rights and interests of clients, 30 standards and 95 indicators. This means that "IMON INTERNATIONAL" provides the so-called "reasonable financing", which includes absolute transparency of pricing and conditions for the provision of all financial products; works with clients so that they do not borrow more money than they can return, and do not purchase financial products that they do not need. In addition, this term includes respectful treatment of clients in debt collection and compliance with high ethical standards in dealing with clients, providing clients with a mechanism for resolving their complaints, aimed at improving the quality of service. And, of course, "reasonable financing" ensures that all customer data is kept confidential.
Now all these principles are incorporated in the activities of "IMON INTERNATIONAL" by an official document. Moreover, as a rule, compliance with the principles followed by SMART Campaign protects not only customers and their business, but also the industry as a whole.
