VOLIP is funded by the Islamic Development Bank, NBT and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan

The project is aimed at financing start-up projects for Women and Youth. Borrowers can be only those who have:

- a document confirming the completion of an elementary, secondary or higher educational institution and carry out their activities or have a desire to start it in folk crafts;

- certificate of completion of short courses.

The loan is issued only in USD.
