Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

Bank IMON International is committed to ensuring the protection and confidentiality of clients’ personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and applies modern security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure of information.

🔹 Collection and Processing of Personal Data

The Bank collects and processes clients’ personal data solely for the purpose of providing banking services, fulfilling contractual obligations, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and improving the quality of customer service.

The processed data may include: full name, contact information, identification document details, financial information, and other data necessary for servicing the client.

🔹 Principles of Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with the following principles:

legality and fairness

limitation of processing purposes

data minimization

ensuring accuracy and relevance of data

protection against unauthorized access

🔹 Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Bank may transfer personal data to third parties only in cases предусмотренных законодательством Республики Таджикистан, as well as within the framework of fulfilling contractual obligations (for example, payment systems, partners, and government authorities).

Any transfer of data is carried out in compliance with confidentiality and security requirements.

🔹 Protection of Personal Data

The Bank applies organizational and technical security measures, including encryption, access control, monitoring systems, and regular security assessments.

Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees of the Bank.

🔹 Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, as well as for the periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

🔹 Client Rights

Clients have the right to:

obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data

request correction, updating, or deletion of data

restrict the processing of data in cases provided for by law

Bank IMON International guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and takes all necessary measures to ensure its protection.
